r-374 does not generate combine.exe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.r-374 compiled in visual studio 2008(c++)generates only 17 exe files
  excluding combine.exe file. At present combine.exe has to generated 
   using combine.sln and combine.vcproj(file uploaded at file section of
tesseract-ocr group-[A vcproj file for building the traineddata files for
3.0 (by Steve Pohorsky)]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
r-374 should generate 18 files(inclusive  of combine.exe)should generate
instead of 17 files at present.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
winXP tesseract-ocr-r-374 vs2008(c++)
