no combine-tessdata in new version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Train for the new language
2.Try using combine-tessdata
3.Command not found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The training should complete and <lang.traineddata> should be created in 
tessdata folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version downloaded using 'apt-get install tesseract-ocr' on ubuntu 
10.04 lucid lynx

Please provide any additional information below.
Is training implementation changed? If yes is there any tutorials or 
documentation on how to train? Is combine-tessdata available seperately to use? 
and where can I learn more on how to create all necessary files needed for 
training tesseract new language

tesseract 3 available only as source code (it must be build) from svn.
