What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to password recovery page
2. Give an email address that is not in the system (e.g., mistype) your own
email address
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be told "the email you provided ($email) is not in our system.
Please check for typos and try again. Contact $admin_email if you have any
questions"
Instead, I see a cryptic "if your email address was right, you will get an
email. How long should I wait for it?"
