Country showing as country code? #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in
2. Edit contact details and set country to France, and visible to ITBHU
3. Search for yourself in the DB and go to your profile there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see
Paris, France, - 92800

but I see

, Paris, , 90 - 92800

1. If a field is not visible, the comma after it should also not be visible.
2. I think the system is showing me the internal code for France, as
opposed to the string "France" 

It looks proper in profile->contact details.
