Missing permits in REI #28

Describe the bug Permits in mechanical mastery plus are not showing up in REI (swapped from EMI/jei)

To Reproduce

  1. Install mechanical mastery plus
  2. remove emi/jei/jer/jep and install REI/reipc
  3. Permit does not show up in search, but recipe can be viewed / favorited

Expected behavior Permit to show up in search, works fine in EMI/jei

This is a problem with the MM+ modpack and not the mod. Permit recipes must be manually added to the JEI/whatever list in the modpack's side of things. MM+ is not intended to be able to be replaced with REI and adds it directly to EMI. You should be reporting this to https://github.com/adamico/mechanical-mastery-plus/issues
