In order to move closer to a very simple way to get ishortn.ink up and running on a local machine, we are increasing our efforts to rely on as few external services as possible. Upstash was one of the external services that was being used for a Redis instance.
In this PR, we replaced the @upstash/redis client with simply ioredis and added a local Redis instance to our Docker container. This way, one can go straight ahead and run the application locally without signing up for an external service for redis.
