The definitions for the error colors starting here: https://github.com/AmoebeLabs/Material3-Theme-Template/blob/169dd1814f5c1c74a29bf7d75161b3921ad77ce4/themes/m3-xx-yyyy.yaml#L161 are reversed. In the current version of the code theme-sys-palette-error100 is mapped to --theme-ref-palette-error0 and theme-sys-palette-error0 is mapped to --theme-ref-palette-error100, with every color in between swapped as well.
