Colorstop combined with lastcolor=true displays gradient in stead of colorstop for segarc #111
Before you file a bug, make sure that you did not make a configuration mistake. The Swiss Army Knife in its current state does not yet have full configuration sanity checks!

Bug description
The segments of a segmented arc are drawn using a gradient color if lastcolor: true is set for type: colorstops, where it should - of course - use the colorstop colors.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error
Expected behavior
Segmented Arc should use the colorstop colors.
