Update Home Assistant configuration to support the rc.3 release #138

The Problem To Be Solved

The rc.3 release contains a number of fixes and features which are already used in the functional card examples.

Put all those layout templates, and images into the repository before releasing rc.3

Also update the functional card documentation, so that one is in sync with the release...

[x] sak CSS and SVG definitions from dist HA folder
[x] all layout templates
[x] all colorstop templates
[x] relevant views (edited!), both tutorial and example views.
[x] tomorrow pollen svg images from www/images folder
