refactor: Update localization and icon states, and add entity state converter and formatting support #233

Description

This PR covers all the changes for up-to-date localization, icon states, entity state converters, and formatters.

All logic is checked with Home Assistant and partially copied and modified to suit the needs of the Swiss Army Knife custom card.
