this should be the final PR (for real this time) (it has very few things todo, like adding the URLs for x84_64 and RPI downloads, but that can be directly commited to the amog-os repo after accepting this PR, so i personally see it as the final one for this new websus).

no comments to add, just take a look at it and give me your o(pi)nions 🧅, credits to @BeauTheBeau for doing such a good part (commit history not here but welp).

open to continue changing / improving this if required

PS: sorry for the inconvenience of closing & reopening the PR on another account. there are technical reasons for that :skull:, my apologies
PS 2: marked as "draft" as i think there are some broken things, as soon as i get spare time i'll review them.

this is actually goated, i've just been holding off on the merge because we're getting some custom... art for the website and i want to pop that in once it's done
