BUG: Image Viewer isn't working on mobile devices #37

[Andoird] [Chrome] Overlay didn't override the default scroller, leading zooming feature to fail.

  1. no OnMouse Listeners in mobile browsers
  2. no 'wheel' event in mobile browsers
