[BUG] Charts not updating correctly #1

Charts not updating correctly when switching years A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start BB
  2. Click on the year dropdown and select a year different than 2024
  3. Look at the graph
  4. See that the graph lines are flat despite the fact that in that year there might be data,

Expected behavior The graphs should update accordingly to the data present in the database
