Unify secret names #19

The Dropbox token name in the config is different to production: https://github.com/AmpelAstro/Ampel-nuclear/blob/9185fd04a10c20fe4edcdabee6218807a5c052de/conf/ampel-nuclear/channel/TDE_RANKING.yaml#L105 Harmonize these.
