Assorted OpenMandriva examples updates #4

Explain creating ~/.oci/config, fix a couple of typos, use the current python version instead of the 3.9 compat package, install task-devel instead of gcc and gcc-c++ (this also installs glibc headers and other stuff people who want gcc installed will need)

@ppouliot Some minor changes that should make it clearer. Works perfectly here after adding ~/.oci/config
