Update react, react-dom and react-test-renderer to `^16.1.0` #11

Update:

Also prop-types to 15.6.0 because that's its latest version and it felt like the best thing to do since I was updating the other ones at the same time.

And also react-redux and react-router-component to specific latest versions instead of using latest keyword.

Will release this as version 3.
