Add toSnakeCase module #89

This works as you would expect. Everything has been created within the guidelines set out in the readme. I ran this guy through SauceLabs and it looks like their Windows XP machines are having some trouble. All of the other environments passed fine, though.

Thank you for making this PR. Unfortunately we're pointing people to lodash for overlapping methods, and keeping existing ones around for legacy. This means new methods aren't being added anymore.

Please don't let this discourage you from contributing to projects, just some bad timing on our part in getting to these, and then a change of direction.
