Initial commit of Hoodie example #6

Example of how to use Hoodie as a storage mechanism for Ampersand.

@mikehedman thanks for the Hoodie example. The message says "initial commit" - is there more to come?

While there is more that could/should be done, I probably won't get to it for a while. Specifically, it would be great to add in the rest of the Hoodie user management capabilities that are in Hoodie's reference app - things like change password, etc. the "initial commit" message in this repo is a bit deceptive, as there have been many more commits in my original repo: https://github.com/mikehedman/ampersand-hoodie-example. But the commit here was really just for porting the code over to the Ampersand Example repo. Do my suggestion would be to go forward with this version, and hopefully it'll be enhanced over time.
