Feature: Atom called ONE #1203

What happened

I remember that when we discussed the concept ONE in prehistoric times, we decided not to have a syntax for its atom. The idea was that we thought we didn't need it. So we decided to leave it out until the need arose. That need actually arose in issue #834.

Desired feature

Introduce the identifier ONE (without quotes!) to denote the atom contained in concept ONE.

The script @RieksJ supplied in issue #834 should be included in the regresssion testset.
