Cookies consent #1481

Imbedded in RAP is a YouTube video. The YouTube embedded video player places cookies onto the user's device. However there is no consent given for these cookies. This is against AVG and GDPR regulations.

To solve: Implement a cookie popup that asks the user for consent.

Maybe possible to use the default ordina cookie consent popup it has been used in the ordina forest and ordina main website as well.
