[x] Add a root script setting to Ampersand Language Support
[x] Add a file with the name from this setting to a ZIP of the ampersand working folder
[x] Send this ZIP to the student prototype container (base64 encoded)
[x] Decode and unpack the ZIP in the container (run-student-prototype.sh)
[x] Read the root script name from the settings file
[x] Run ampersand with this root script
