Scenario: Project A uploads a dataset of samples. Project B uses part of the Project A's dataset (maybe only for one of the species in Project A) and adds in their own samples. How should Project B reference Project A? How do we note that the samples were used in more than one project.
Further thoughts: How do we encourage researchers to NOT upload samples more than once? And can we flag/ alert if we suspect that has happened (same species, same collecting event)? Maybe we dont want to if different tests are run on same sample? Things to discuss, at least the more immediate issues in the scenario.
