Integration of the content-watcher-service into the social-app-template

We would like to wire up the content-watcher-service into the social-app-template.

AC:

• [ ] I should be able watch content and see changes if the author of the content edits/chnages
• [ ] I should be able to see if the announcementTypes have changes and act like a normal social network
• [ ] others.. (need to groom)

Notes:

• This might be tightly coupled to the content-publishing-service
• Other... need to groom
