Account Selection: new user 2 of 3 #12

Description As a new user, I want to see all my keys and be notified that I do not have an DSNP account.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. I should see a header: "Create your Identity"
  2. Displays list of keys.
  3. Display the option to create DSNP identifier.
  4. Display an option to go back to select a different wallet.
  5. Display button to "Create Identity"
