Account Selection: no keys 3 of 3 #13

Description As a new user, who does not have any keys, I want to see a page to tell me to create keys or choose a different wallet.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. I should see a header: "Account Not Found"
  2. Displays copy that tells the user to create keys in their selected wallet.
  3. Display the option to create DSNP identifier.
  4. Display option choose a different option.

Note We do not need button for "Create a new DSNP" account
