dApp can choose from a set of labels that map to a set of schemas.
dApp can choose to ask for delegate permission
dApp can provide a name for display in proxy-wallet
Store mapping of permissions and descriptions for schemas
Proxy-wallet sends back message with signatures
Proxy-wallet verifies domain maps to a registered provider.

Thoughts

allow non-provider accounts to access user account details (read/ newsreader).
allow people to sign delegations to providers, not in a domain registry.
