Create additional account from Account Selection page #47

Description As a user who has a DSNP and keys associated with it, I want to be able to create a new DSNP ID with a key.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. When a user selects an address that does not have a DSNP associated with:
    • button should toggle to "Create new identity"
  2. Clicking the button should direct you to create a handle page.
