As a user I want to know if accounts I have in my wallet are already signed up, and if so I want to know how to choose the right one to sign in with.
Acceptance criteria:
[ ] When the user selects a wallet, information is displayed next to each account name
[ ] The information is: Handle (if there is one) and MSA Id
[ ] If an existing MSA is chosen, the sign in flow is completed. For now that doesn't do anything but close the window; no information is sent back to the dapp/client.
