Description As a stakeholder, who wants to demo Proxy-wallet, I should be able to show Amplica Frequency Custodial Wallet option in the list of wallets for sign-in/registering.

Acceptance Criteria

Display a tooltip for explaining Amplica wallet custodial.
Button does not redirect or do anything.

Note: Pending copy for custodial wallet description.
