Enabled, refactored, and enhanced, the Mercurial prompt code. #40

I have activated the Mercurial portion of the Powerline Prompt, and made some slight enhancements.

This change uses the E003 code point of the "Anonymice Powerline" font to indicate a "dirty" working copy.

Thank you @b0bh00d I've fixed some comments, and moved the conflict symbol into its own config item. See _powerline_config.lua.sample.
