Better support for different countries. #4

Some countries (like Egypt) contain mosques that are not really in sync with country's timings. Also hijri date is not supported.

We should better support individual countries, and not just assume that everything that My Masjid has is correct. Maybe we could keep the original list of my-masjid, but overwrite support for some countries.
