What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install
2. Import demo products
3. Try to add product to cart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected, ajax update of cart. 
Instead, "Your shopping cart is empty" on a fresh page

My mistake :S was due to a missing JS folder on my side. whoops.
