[Bug] Deleted accounts are not deleted #1753

Current Behavior

Similar error to: https://github.com/AmruthPillai/Reactive-Resume/issues/1189 Effects both rxresu.me and self-hosted account.

Accounts that I delete are not deleted and are still accessible. Deleted my account on rxresu.me and a couple of test accounts in my docker instance only to find they are still active able to be logged into again.

Also found that when the account is "deleted" I am sent back to the splash page with the deleted account still logged in.

Expected Behavior

Deleted account is fully removed and not able to log in again

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://rxresu.me/ or self-hosted instance
  2. Create a test account
  3. Delete test account
  4. Get sent back to splash page
  5. Account is still logged in
  6. Log out of account
  7. Log back into same account that was "deleted"

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Microsoft Edge

Can confirm that this bug still exists in the latest release v4.1.6 on self-hosted instances. Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be any way to manage users or to see how many accounts exist.

Just deleted my account on the site and if i didn't logout I could still interact with everything like nothing happened. Please fix, it's full of confidential data, it should not be treated lightly :)
