Inquiries about btcv dataset & code #17

Thank you for providing the synapse and ACDC's dataset and learning and testing code. Could you provide us with BTCV's dataset, learning, and test code?

Hi @SkiddieAhn,

BTCV is the same data as Synapse but with 13 organs instead of 8 organs. We will provide the data JSON file for splitting the data as well as two more datasets very soon! Stay tuned.
