Dear author, I have successfully replicated the UNETR++ model as per your prompt #64. While going through the paper on UNETR++, I came across your mention of Swin-UNETR in Synapse data experiment comparison. May I request you to kindly share the code for Swin-UNETR that can be used to train the synapse dataset?

Hi,

The model definition for Swin-UNETR is similar to this one. You have to update the trainer class, similar to this trainer class.
