Add support for Praat scripts to MUSCLE #927

To achieve audio processing, we may integrate Praat scripts into MUSCLE. The advantage would be that many users, especially from the Linguistics domains, are used to working with Praat for audio processing. The Parselmouth library already integrates much Praat functionality into Python.

What does integrating Praat scripts into MUSCLE mean exactly? In what scenario would it be used?

It would allow for server-side audio processing, basically. It's a nice-to-have, but probably toward the end of the project
