Clean logs #54

Logs should be cleaned (and optionally archived) at a regular basis.

Only the log messages of the last N days should be kept in the database

A proposed solution ( @toolunious ) is to create materialized views that only contain the logs of the last N days. Management queries run as per default on these views instead of on the whole table.
