replace utc import with datetime one #23

In Django 5 the The django.utils.timezone.utc alias to datetime.timezone.utc is removed. see: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/5.0/releases/5.0/#features-removed-in-5-0

This replaces all uses of django.utils.timezone.utc with datetime.timezone.utc in this repo, to keep it compatible with Django 5.
