Enable use of notification actions via GX checkpoint #28

In addition to writing results to unity catalog and visualising these in a dashboard, stakeholders should also be able to directly receive information about their DQ checks via channels like Slack, MS Teams or email.

This is possible via actions which can be passed as parameter to a checkpoint, see https://docs.greatexpectations.io/docs/reference/api/checkpoint/checkpoint_class/ and related links.

This would involve:

Implementing a way to pass these actions to a checkpoint (e.g. via the ValidationSettings dataclass)
Figuring out how to tweak the output sent to one of these channels
