Added Jeroen on the contact page #69

Why

As Jeroen is now an official member of the team, I've added him to the contact page. Since Frank has left us (for now :wink: ), I've removed him to avoid confusion.

How does it look?

Well, sadly, @jakubgg never uploaded a gravatar of himself, and @jeroen-groeneweg didn't know yet, so it looks like this: screen shot 2014-09-22 at 23 32 09 But that's easily remedied if @jakubgg and @jeroen-groeneweg both upload their faces to gravater :wink:

Well as you can see this is simply not true. My gravatar is in place for at least last 6 months. :)

re-uploaded my image to gravatar - it says it should be visible in 10-15 minutes. Will check it in two weeks ;)

Ah yes, much better @jakubgg. BTW @jeroen-groeneweg, make sure to connect gravatar to your @amsterdamphp email address, as that's what I've used here.

Added my avatar to my amsterdamphp mail adres as well. Should be working now ...
