As the user I am able to navigate to the home/Landing page of the app

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Bottom navigation menu
[x] A recycler view that scrolls through recent chat notifications
[x] A display that shows some current weather information (location, temp, visible condition (cloudy, sunny), and High and Low for the day.
[x] options menu (https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/components/menus#options-menu)
[x] In Options menu settings, logout, profile editing.
