1.12.2 Two questions #1060

operation -> set biome -> selected column/box (java,1.12.2)-> Modifying ice_spikes or frozen_ocean both failed. Additionally, it is recommended to reduce the FPS and CPU consumption when the software runs in the background.

Failed in what way? The new version I am working on only redraws when something changes.
