I had this problem too. It might just be something that amulet needs to document. Amulet could only open my world, copied from a bedrock server, after I had opened it as a local world with my minecraft bedrock client. It seems like minecraft slightly changes the file format when you do that.
The "how to download and play on your bedrock server world" tutorial from shockbyte helped: https://shockbyte.com/billing/knowledgebase/186/How-to-Download-and-Play-on-Your-Bedrock-Server-World.html
If someone has an example world I could reproduce this issue with that would help solve it.
I have also had this issue. But the world was a copy i only used on my phone. I then uploaded it to my server instead and let the auto compactions run on the bds server. brought it back down and then amulet liked it again. So I think maybe some exiting doesnt fully save everything in a way amulet likes. I still had the world amulet gave checksum error on - and it still does in Nightly 0.9.0b1.dev202203310714
the attach keeps giving an error so here is a link to it on my google drive

When trying to open a world i pulled off my server to reset chunks, i get this error.
