Find block tool #320

Frequently I am unable to find my base on my own single player worlds, I'm sure other people ave this problem to.

I believe that an option to scan a select area for a specific block would be quite beneficial, I believe this was implemented in MC edit before it was discontinued.

Since MCedit doesn't work for versions 1.13+ this means people with the above problem cant just use that program instead, as far as I can see no other program for Minecraft in recent versions has such a feature. Since it was implemented in MCedit moving it over shouldn't be too difficult a task (only reason I'm making a request here instead of just modifying my own copy is I have 0 coding experience)
