Errors on 1.76 "The Item List File does not exist. Preferences will not be loaded" [Solved] #1

This error shows up on the main menu and seems to extend to creating a new character

Sorry.

Attempting to create and use a new character with the 1.76 version of Amylona causes a CTD with the above error message.

Huh, that's not happening for me... did you put it in the folder where you installed Elona+ 1.76 with the Custom Patch installed? That is a requirement, otherwise the game won't work. If it can't find the item list file, it probably means it's not installed correctly.

Well that might explain something, The custom patch is called Elona+ Custom yes? if so then indeed this was not installed, I shall try again after installing that, My apologies for the false flag, I'm new to this :P

Indeed now it works, that was the issue.
