Upscale Structure Void Texture to fix mip-mapping #24

Upscaled the Structure Void block texture to 16x16 instead of 6x6 to prevent Minecraft from forcing mipmaps to 1. Updated the Structure Void block model to work with the new texture (the block still looks the same in-game)

Sorry for not noticing this earlier. Other PR did the same thing a little bit nicer though.
