[suggestion] Add a config menu #29

Add a config menu to visible barriers with all settings and make "visible entities" a thing, so you can turn on/off visibility of interactions, markers, text displays, armor stands and etc. [render them the same way as a invisible armor stand]

entities planned via #54 blocks will hopefully be done in the rewrite, i hope to make it very configurable, maybe resource packable i dunno just yet
