Remove pre-filled community page and link to forum instead #13

So it turns out that Docsy autogenerates the Community page based on link details found in the hugo.toml configuration file. That boilerplate structure doesn't work well for projects that are not just about open-source software, so I removed it and linked to the Flarum forum instead.

I did update the links used by the Community page though, in case we want to bring it back in future, and this change also adds a link to the forum in the footer.

That's brilliant. Is there any way you could change what I'm seeing as the word "Community" in the top nav bar which links to the Forum so it says "Forum"? - just in case, as you say we want to bring the Community page back in the future.
