Cannot hear players while spectating #9

Description

We cannot hear players talking while spectating them. in original sampvoice plugin it does.

open.mp server version

Build 10

Operating system or distribution

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

I have the same problem. Has this been resolved?

Note: I'm using the latest version of open.mp
