Incorrect Spawns - Minor Sparking Stone Cave #101

Current state:

The cave that contains the Minor Sparking Stone has old, incorrect spawns.

EoR state:

The creatures at this POI are Voltarcs (21170)

The POI was updated in August 2012's The Risen Princess event.

Solution:

Update landblock DD34 to contain the EoR spawns.
